The DigitalPersona Diagnostic Center helps collect information from your computer that will be used by DigitalPersona to identify and resolve issues related to installing and running DigitalPersona products. It is used to collect configuration information and perform tests.

Installation Instructions:

To start the Diagnostic Center, download and extract the version appropriate for your DigitalPersona software detailed above.
Extract and run the application to begin tracing.
Upon completion of the installation, it is advised that you reboot your computer.
