DigitalPersona Pro Reader Compatibility Wizard

DigitalPersona Pro Workstation and Pro Kiosk software support the use of several third-party fingerprint readers embedded in many models of notebook computers.

The DigitalPersona Pro Reader Compatibility Wizard will test an embedded fingerprint reader’s compatibility with the following versions of DigitalPersona Pro for Active Directory Workstation and Pro Kiosk software:

• DigitalPersona Pro for Active Directory Workstation version 4.0.0 or later
• DigitalPersona Pro for Active Directory Kiosk version 4.1.0 or later

The Wizard provides a quick Success or Failure test result. Upon completion, the user can also elect to use the Wizard to email the test results to DigitalPersona.

This Wizard is only used to verify compatibility, and is not intended to "certify" notebooks. If you are interested in obtaining formal certification of notebooks, please contact sales@digitalpersona.com.

Note
You must have local administrator rights to run this Wizard. You do not need to have DigitalPersona Pro Workstation or DigitalPersona Pro Kiosk software installed to run the utility.

Running the Wizard
The Wizard will not be installed and will not install any software on your notebook. To launch the Wizard, please click on the appropriate link below and follow the instructions included in the readme.txt file.

For Pro 4.0, Pro 4.1: DPReaderCompat_4.1.zip

For Pro 4.2 or later: DPReaderCompat_4.2.zip
