In 2009, Digital Dining saw an 80 percent increase in adoption of fingerprint biometrics with their Digital Dining POS restaurant solutions. What drove this growth? Retailers and restaurants sought out fingerprint-enabled POS systems to proactively secure their environments against fraud and shrink. In this presentation Jim Fulton, vice president of DigitalPersona, Inc. and Andre Nataf, business development manager at Digital Dining, will present lessons learned from fingerprint biometric-enabled POS deployments in 2009.
